Define the role, invite talent, review incoming audition videos with your team on one screen and decide together. No chasing files, no version confusion, no asking who liked which tape.

Casting usually ends up scattered across three tools: videos in WhatsApp or Drive, the candidate list in Excel, decisions buried in an email thread. That gap is where Castiqq came from.
Forty tapes from forty actors — some on WhatsApp, some behind a Drive link, some on an expired WeTransfer. Remembering which tape belongs to which role is on you.
The director likes one actor, the producer another. Two weeks later nobody remembers who said what, and you rewatch the same tape from scratch.
Three versions of the same spreadsheet circulate. Who was cut and who was called back depends on which file you opened.
Every agency pitches in a different format: a PDF here, a WhatsApp message there, sometimes just a list of names. You assemble them by hand to compare.
How It Works
01
Roles live under each project. You set the age range, gender, height, required skills and city. You can attach a script excerpt and track the role's status — open, casting, filled.
02
You share a passwordless application link. Talent submits an audition video and profile details without creating an account. You can also invite directly from your existing talent pool.
03
Every video collects into one list per role. While watching you rate out of five stars, tag, and pin a note to the exact moment. Everyone sees the same screen and every comment is attributed.
04
Reorder candidates by drag and drop, update their status — shortlisted, callback, selected — and send your shortlist to the producer with a shareable link.
The Time Saver
Instead of searching a pool of hundreds by hand, entering the role's criteria surfaces the people who fit. Gender and age act as hard filters; skills, city and availability feed a score. Each match shows badges explaining why it fits, and you add candidates in one click.
The Agency Link
You can share a role directly with a talent agency — criteria, budget and script excerpt included. The agency pitches suitable talent from its roster with fees attached. Every pitch lands on the same screen in the same format: photos, physical attributes, experience, self-tape links and the asking fee side by side. Mark your favourites, print as a presentation or export to PDF.
Neither organization accesses the other's data. Every shared record travels as a snapshot — the agency can't see your projects, and you can't see the agency's roster financials.
